ACPC is pleased to gather with its Chief Patent Counsel community for three days of in-person professional programming, networking, and social activities at the Four Seasons, New Orleans, LA on January 21-24, 2024.

A block of rooms is available at a discounted rate of $289 per night, plus 16.20% state/local taxes and $2 per night occupancy tax. In an effort to keep the nightly rate reasonably affordable, the above $289 rate reflects a subsidy by ACPC of approximately $100 per night or $300 for the full event. 

To make a reservation at the Four Seasons Hotel and receive the ACPC Meeting rate, please contact the hotel at 1-504-434-5100 and specify you’re with the 2024 ACPC Winter Meeting, or use the online reservation link.

Deposit: A one (1) night room and tax deposit must be submitted at the time of making the reservation(s) or the room will not be confirmed.

Cancellation: To avoid a one night’s room and tax cancellation charge, reservations must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to your arrival date.
