The Association of Corporate Patent Counsel (ACPC) is a membership association of Chief Patent and/or Intellectual Property Counsel of businesses operating in the United States.

ACPC was created in 1966 to provide a forum for Chief Intellectual Property Counsel (or equivalent) to share best practices related to intellectual property management, operations, strategies and the issues and challenges faced on the job.

The Association achieves its mission by providing virtual and in-person platforms for education and exchange of information relating to corporate counsel specific to intellectual property law. ACPC holds two national meetings a year which focus on (i) networking with in-house peers, (ii) professional programming lead by high-quality speakers covering current topics for continuing legal education, and (iii) sharing insights into best practices through benchmarking.
