The Association of Corporate Patent Counsel (ACPC) is a membership association of Chief Patent and/or Intellectual Property Counsel of businesses operating in the United States.

ACPC was created in 1966 to provide a forum for Chief Patent Counsel (or equivalent) to share best practices related to intellectual property management, operations, strategies and the issues and challenges faced on the job. The Association strives to achieve this by holding two national meetings per year which focus on (i) networking with in-house peers, (ii) having presentations from high quality speakers covering current topics for continuing legal education, and (iii) sharing insights into best practices through benchmarking.
