Common ACPC Meeting FAQs

ACPC allows prospective members who meet the regular member requirements to attend one meeting at the regular member rate before joining ACPC. When an individual decides to become a Regular Member after attending the Summer Meeting as a Prospective Member, ACPC will discount their member dues by 50% for the current year. And after an individual attends a Winter Meeting as a Prospective Member and subsequently decides to join, their dues will be discounted to 50% for the upcoming year!

In order to attend the upcoming meeting as a prospective member, we ask that you please complete the regular membership application and indicate you are a prospective member. The ACPC Executive Committee will then review and confirm that you qualify for membership. Once it is confirmed that you qualify for membership, we will send you login information so you may register for the upcoming meeting.

ACPC meetings are otherwise exclusive to members and invited guests.

ACPC offers sponsorship opportunities to its members and invited speakers only. We do not have exhibitors at our meetings. Please contact the ACPC office at info@acpcnet.org

Meeting registration refunds are not generally allowed and members are encouraged to send an alternate. However, regular members can submit a formal request for a registration credit in writing. All requests will be reviewed by the Executive Committee and if granted, members will receive a registration credit in the amount paid towards one of the two upcoming meetings. It will be the responsibility of the member to inform the Executive Office which meeting they would like to receive the credit for prior to registering for the meeting. All social events registered for prior to the registration deadline will be granted a full refund.

Spouses/guests of members are allowed to attend the breakfasts, receptions, dinners and afternoon activities. These events/activities are at the spouses/guests own expense. Spouses/guests are not allowed to attend the professional programming or benchmarking sessions.

Children may attend the breakfasts if accompanied by a paying adult and any of the afternoon activities. Age restrictions may apply for the afternoon activities. Children are not allowed to attend ACPC professional programming, receptions, benchmarking sessions, or dinners.

ACPC is happy to assist you in securing babysitting services during our meetings. Should you need services, please notify info@acpcnet.org at least 2 weeks prior to the meeting.

Our meeting materials and benchmarking surveys are exclusive to ACPC members and available through our new membership platform in the Membership Portal. The benchmarking reports, in particular, are provided under controlled distribution and are not generally available to the public. No redistribution or sharing, either in whole or in part, is allowed without written permission from ACPC.
